Who we are

This website is operated by DVA Trading Pte. Ltd. (UEN 201323993W), a company registered in Singapore, under its brand DVA Intelligence ("DVA", "we"). Our data protection contact is Gary Fernandez, at gary@dvaco.io. Please contact him with any question about this notice or your personal data.

What we collect, and why

When you visit this website

The site is hosted on Google Firebase Hosting. To deliver and secure the pages, Google processes standard request information such as your IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which also receives your IP address.

We don't use analytics, advertising or tracking tools, and the site sets no cookies. If you use "Pause motion", that preference is stored in your own browser and is not sent to us.

The demonstrations on this site use fictional data. Nothing you click in them is recorded or sent anywhere.

When you book a discovery call

"Book a Discovery Call" opens a booking page provided by Google Calendar. The details you enter there, such as your name, email address and any answers you give, are shared with us so we can hold the call, prepare for it and follow up. Calls take place on Google Meet. Google's own privacy policy applies to its booking page and to Google Meet.

When you email us

We receive your message, your contact details and anything you attach, and use them to reply and to continue the conversation you started. Please don't send client-confidential documents until we have agreed how they will be handled.

If you become a client

Project information you share during an engagement is handled under the terms of that engagement, which set out access, permissions and retention for your systems and records. This notice covers the website, booking and email contact only.

Who we share it with

We use Google services (Workspace email, Calendar, Meet, Firebase Hosting and Fonts) to run this website and our communications. These providers process personal data on our behalf, and some of that processing may take place outside Singapore. We don't sell personal data, and we don't add you to marketing lists without your consent.

How long we keep it

We keep booking and email correspondence only for as long as it is needed for the purposes above, or as required by law, and then delete it. We review what we hold periodically.

Your choices

You can ask to access or correct the personal data we hold about you, or withdraw consent for us to use it, by emailing gary@dvaco.io. We'll explain any consequences of withdrawing consent before acting on it, and respond within a reasonable time.

Changes to this notice

If we change how we handle personal data, for example by adding an online enquiry form, we will update this notice first and change the date above.
