ECOTechnology ecosystem

Bringing specialist technologies together.

Preserving domain expertise. Creating connected intelligence.

The built-environment industry depends on specialist technologies for design, engineering, estimating, construction management, scheduling, procurement and asset operations. DVA's integration approach is designed to work alongside appropriate established applications and enterprise technology platforms.

We assess how information can move securely and meaningfully between systems, using supported interfaces, authorised data exports and customer-approved integration methods.

Technology categories under evaluation. Nothing on this page is a partnership, reseller arrangement, certification or live integration. We show categories, not vendor logos.

01Technology domains

Five domains, one intelligence layer.

Takeoff, estimating & commercial systems

Quantities, measurement information, cost assumptions and procurement requirements.

Feeds: Tender & commercial intelligence

Enterprise AI & data platforms

Data infrastructure, governed AI execution, business applications and enterprise workflow orchestration.

Feeds: Enterprise & asset intelligence

DVA's role

We connect relevant information across these domains, establish construction-specific relationships and design intelligence workflows around the client's business objectives.

Technology selection and integration scope depend on each customer's existing systems, access rights, operational requirements and approved commercial arrangements.

02Capability map

Eight categories, one governed layer.

Select a category to see what we would draw from it, which decisions it feeds, how it touches digital-delivery tenders, and where our role stops.

03Where each fits

No single system answers a cross-project question.

Each decision draws on several categories at once. That's why connecting them matters more than replacing any one of them.

04Enterprise platforms

Already run an enterprise data platform?

For larger organisations, the data and execution platform underneath may be one you already own or procure. DVA can work alongside it as the construction-domain layer.

Your systems and platforms keep
  • Authoring of BIM models and drawings
  • Your Common Data Environment and information management
  • Specialist takeoff, design calculation and scheduling engines
  • ERP, procurement and field inspection records
  • Engineering judgement, statutory submissions and procurement authority
  • Ownership of your data and its location
DVA adds
  • Construction-specific source mapping across those systems
  • An ontology of projects, work packages, locations, RFIs, orders and crews
  • Governance: provenance, permissions, relationship status and approvals
  • Decision workflows that end with a named reviewer

What we mean by an intelligence platform

When we describe an AI business command centre or intelligence platform, we mean an architecture pattern configured for each client: connected data, permissions, business objects, rules, intelligence and action pathways working as one layer. It is not a reference to any vendor's product, and it doesn't imply we have deployed, resell or partner with one.

A central repository or data lake, if you want one, is your decision after a review of rights, data locality and security.

05How labels change

"Partner" is earned with evidence.

Emailing a vendor or reading its public API documentation doesn't make it a partner. A technology moves up only when the evidence for the next label exists.

  1. 01

    Under evaluation

We're assessing the category or product for fit, access and commercial terms.

Shown as: a category, with no logo

Where all eight categories sit today

  2. 02

    Implemented integration

A connection that has been built and tested.

Requires: a technical test, supported versions, confirmed licence and data rights, and an accurate description of what works

  3. 03

    Authorised partner

A formal relationship with the vendor.

Requires: a signed, verified agreement, permission to use the vendor's name and logo, and wording that doesn't overstate it

Logos appear on this site only after the correct assets and permitted use are confirmed and the wording has been reviewed. Until then, we use original icons for categories.
