We start from the systems you already own and keep each one authoritative for its own records. A new platform, repository or tool is proposed only where your workflow, data rights and budget justify it.
Every connection keeps its source, revision and time. Candidate, ambiguous and unknown links are labelled as such, never presented as fact.
The system prepares evidence, exceptions and options. Approvals, bids, purchases and professional judgements stay with the named people who own them.
