31 Aug 2026: URA Written Permission record 323017. 1 Sep 2026: SingLand announced a partial redevelopment of the precinct, with completion expected around 2031.
The public announcement names a 304-key hotel, a 260-key serviced-apartment component and 204 residences, with PLP Architecture and DP Architects named in the design team. Those are public project relationships—not confirmation of QP, M&E or contractor appointments.
